These Terms govern your use of our website and our clinic services.

1. Who We Are

2. Website Use

  • Information only: Website content is general information and not medical advice. A personalised clinical assessment is required before treatment.
  • Prescription-only medicines: Where a treatment involves a POM, it is only provided after a consultation and, where required, a prescription by an appropriate practitioner.
  • Intellectual property: All site content is owned by us or licensed; do not copy, reproduce, or adapt without permission.
  • Links: We may link to third-party services (e.g., our booking portal). Their terms and privacy policies apply; we’re not responsible for their content.
  • Acceptable use: Don’t use the site unlawfully or to disrupt services.
  • Liability: The site is provided “as is”. We are not liable for loss arising from use or reliance on site information except where the law does not allow exclusion.

3. Eligibility & Age

  • Skincare consultations and facials: available to teens with parent/guardian consent (and attendance where appropriate).
  • Injectables: 18+ only; proof of age may be required.

4. Consultations, Bookings, Deposits & Cancellations

  • A consultation is required to confirm suitability; we may decline or adjust treatment in your best interests.
  • Deposits: a deposit may be required to secure your appointment; the amount depends on treatment cost and is shown at booking. If we determine treatment is unsuitable, your deposit will be refunded.
  • Notice: please give 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
  • Late cancellation/no-show: with less than 48 hours’ notice, or if you do not attend, the full cost of the treatment will be required.
  • Late arrival: arriving 10–15 minutes late may shorten or require rescheduling.
  • Packages/courses (if offered): non-transferable; expiry as stated at purchase.
  • Refunds: services already provided are non-refundable; product refunds follow consumer law if unopened/faulty.

5. Fees & Payment

Prices are confirmed at consultation and/or shown in our booking portal. Deposits/payments may be processed by the booking provider or its payment processor. We do not store card details.

6. Consent, Results & Photography

You must complete medical forms truthfully and sign consent before treatment. Individual results vary; no specific outcome is guaranteed. With your consent, photographs may be taken for clinical records and, separately, for marketing.

7. Aftercare & Concerns

We provide aftercare guidance appropriate to your treatment. If you have concerns, contact 01422 756523. For urgent medical issues, contact NHS 111 or 999.

8. Complaints

Please email bronte@voderm.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and respond promptly.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; the latest version will appear here.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
